Willie was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone that needed it. He was a man of many qualities and he was one of a kind in his own special way. Willie was rich in friendships and shared his unique smile with everyone. He will be greatly missed.
My deepest condolences and warm comforting hugs to his family.

Thank you Willie for the time you spent in WSANEC helping people, you did not ask for a lot for your helpfulness and I was glad for the help. It is so appropriate that you were working, helping others until your last moments. Rest in Peace. Thank you for kindness, respect and help.
